Industrial Solenoid Valves for OEMs and Industrial Applications: Plastic, Brass, & Stainless Steel

When your system depends on precise fluid control, the right valve is critical. Industrial Plastic Valves provides reliable solenoid valves engineered to keep operations running smoothly across water purification, pool systems, food processing, and specialized industrial applications.

Built for performance, durability, and flexibility, our valves are trusted by engineers and purchasing teams who need the right solution delivered on time, without guesswork or delays. Because when flow stops, operations are impacted. Getting the right valve, right when you need it, keeps everything moving.

High-Flow Valves (1" - 3")

Designed for high-volume systems where consistent, unrestricted flow is critical. Ideal for applications requiring fast throughput and reliable performance under demanding conditions.

Medium-Flow Valves (3/8" - 3/4")

Balanced for controlled, dependable flow in general-purposes systems. A reliable choice for applications where consistency and system stability matter.

Low-Flow Valves (1/8" - 1/4")

Built for precision applications requiring accurate, low-volume flow control. Ideal for systems where small variations can impact overall performance.

Specialty Valves

Engineered for unique or non-standard applications. When your system requires specific performance beyond standard configurations, specialty valves provide the right solution.

Solenoid Actuators

Delivers reliable valve control across a range of voltages and system requirements. Designed to ensure consistent actuation and dependable operation.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT VALVE

Selecting the correct valve comes down to understanding your system requirements, operating conditions, and performance expectations. The wrong choice can lead to downtime, inconsistent flow, or premature failure. The right valve keeps your system operating as intended.

1. Determine Your Required Flow Rate

Start with how much liquid your system needs to move.

  • 0-1.8 GPM --- Low-Flow Valves
  • Up to 30 GPM --- Medium Flow Valves
  • 5-300 GPM---High-Flow Valves

Why it matters:

Oversizing or undersizing a valve can disrupt system balance, reduce efficiency, or cause failure under load.

2. Identify Valve Operation Type

Determine how the valve should behave in its default state:

  • Normally Closed (NC):  Valve remains closed until energized
  • Normally Open (NO):  Valve remains open until energized

Typical use cases:

  • NC: Controlled flow systems, safety shutoff
  • NO: Fail-safe flow or continuous systems

3. Evaluate System Pressure & Conditions

Your system environment directly impacts valve performance.

Consider:

  • Operating pressure
  • Temperature range
  • Presence of chemicals or corrosive fluids
  • Whether the system has consistent pressure or not

Important:

Some applications (low/no pressure systems or chemical exposure) require specialty valves.

4. Select Material Compatibility

Choose materials based on your application:

  • Plastic: Corrosion-resistant, ideal for water and chemical applications
  • Brass: Durable, general-purpose use
  • Stainless Steel: High durability, corrosion resistance, higher pressure environments

5. Confirm Voltage & Actuation Requirements

Your valve must match your system's electrical setup

Available options include:

  • 12V
  • 24V
  • 120V
  • 240V

Note: Solenoid selection directly impacts performance, reliability, and lifespan.

6. Consider Installation Configuration

Ensure compatibility with your system layout:

  • Angle configuration
  • Global configuration
  • Space constraints
  • Connection type

7. When to Choose a Specialty Valve

You may need a specialty solution if your application requires:

  • Operation with little or no pressure
  • Chemical compatibility beyond standard materials
  • Non-standard configurations
  • Custom Requirements
